Project Title: Effective Small-Group Instruction
Project Description
For this project, I designed and developed a self-paced online course to help elementary teachers use student data to plan and deliver effective small-group instruction. The course includes four lessons that guide teachers through creating purposeful groups, identifying student needs, planning targeted instruction, and monitoring student progress.
Each lesson includes instructional content, a video, a discussion question, an application assignment, and a quiz. I developed the course using Google Sites and incorporated practical classroom examples to help teachers connect what they learn to their own instructional practices.
